As I begin to get more recipes added to my blog, and I might have a few replacements, I will begin adding links to the other recipes as I go along. I will try to go back to as many of the old recipes as I can, also, to put those links in.
You will note that I have recipes for replacements, such as buttermilk, eggs, mayonnaise, etc. If you see a link in the recipe ingredients, it’s because I have a replacement posted, and if you want to make the recipe vegan, or at least some of the ingredients vegan, and you don’t have a current recipe for doing it, check out the ones I have posted here. They might be helpful to you. 🙂
Hope this blog is of interest to you and will give you some thoughts and ideas of what to fix for meals. Vegetarian/vegan foods do NOT have to be bland and uninteresting, as I used to think that it was. Unfortunately I know a lot of vegetarian cooks that that’s the way they cook their meals, and it need not be that way. The foods can be just as exciting and tasty as those with meat in them… and there are many that I find that I enjoy much more without having the meat in them.
