SOUTHWEST SPICE BLEND
1/3 cup chili powder
2 tbsp. dried coriander
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. hot pepper flakes
1/4 cup dehydrated minced onion
2 tbsps. dehydrated minced garlic
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
Thoroughly combine all ingredients and store in airtight glass jar.
Note: Use 2-3 tbsp. to flavor 1 lb. ground beef crumbles for chili or burritos.
Note: Stir 1 tbsp. seasoning into the juice of 2-3 limes to use as a marinade for unchicken or tuno.
