Something tells me this would be delicious with the Do-Pep steaks that I have the recipe posted for. 🙂 I’ll have to try it!!
PEPPERY STEAK SPICE
1/4 cup coarsely crushed black pepper
2 tbsp. dried parsley
2 tbps. crushed dehydrated mixed sweet peppers
1/2 tbsp. hot pepper flakes
2 tbsp. dehydrated minced garlic
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tsp. anise seeds, crushed
Thoroughly combine all ingredients and store in airtight glass jar.
Note: Brush 1 lb. steak lightly with oil, rub each side with 1 tbsp. mixture and let stand for 30 minutes before grilling.
